Eminent women drawn from various sectors of Nigeria and the United States are billed to speak at GLEEHD Foundation’s Women in Business and Leadership Summit (WBLS) coming up on the 20th of August, 2014 at The Dream Center in Lagos. Under the theme Women - Transforming Societies, Developing Economies, the Summit features various plenary sessions including Transforming Public Service through Women Participation, Women in Business: Transforming the Market Place, Emerging Women Leaders: Leadership through Influence, Media and Imaging Women as Transformers and Mayor’s forum featuring local government chairpersons with the plenary theme - Women Transforming Communities. 

It will address the importance of networking within professional fields and focus on the role of women in developing, transforming and sustaining Africa’s economies. Delegates at the Summit will connect, learn and share valuable tactics with other leading women with a view to strengthening and facilitating socio-economic development.
